A nice example for organizing and formatting your group’s wiki report can be found here:

It shows the command-line text at the top in the dashed blue box, and the “as-seen” info below that.
This type of formatting was used by the students of the 2005 Hexaball Senior Design team for their individual wiki reports. You would adjust this for your reports to be more project-centric.
