Orientation

We are thrilled that you decided to pursue a degree at the University of Utah and are very excited to welcome you! All incoming students will participate in Utah Bound Orientation to become more familiar with the campus, review important policies, and work with an academic advisor to build their first semester schedules.

If you are coming to an in-person orientation, you will have dedicated time to meet with the advisors in a group session, ask your advising questions, and build your first semester schedule.

If you are participating in a virtual offering of the Utah Bound Orientation, you will meet with an advisor one-on-one as a part of the orientation experience.

We are unable to meet with incoming students prior to them attending a Utah Bound Orientation.
