- Full Major Status Application–Contact an advisor to see if you need to fill out an application. Transfer students will be reviewed automatically for admission to the major after admission to the University and notified of a decision via email.

- Petition for Exception to Policy Form (All petitions submitted prior to March 18th will be held and reviewed after March 18th. If supplemental information is required, you will receive a decision by 2 weeks from the time the supplemental information was submitted.)
- Technical Elective Petition (to count a course that is not on the approved list as a tech elective; deadline for Spring is November 1st and Fall is April 1st; see advisor with any questions)
